Hush

Hush, who is wrapped in a bandage, might be Batman's enemy who is most like Bruce Wayne. Wayne was friends with young Tommy Elliot when they were kids. Like Wayne, Tommy grew up with a lot of money and privilege. But after his parents were killed in a terrible accident, Tommy became very angry and jealous of Bruce. He saw Bruce as getting the freedom and money that Tommy so desperately wanted. Tommy's anger toward Bruce kept getting worse and worse over the years, even after he became a surgeon.

When The Riddler found out that Bruce was really Batman, he told Dr. Elliot the truth. But when they found out they both hated Wayne, they worked together. Elliot used bandages to cover his face so no one would know who he was. He then got many of Batman's worst Super-Villains to work together against him, which is how he got the name "Hush."
